Question 1

Is online booking free for patients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Patients never pay a booking fee, and Bharath Health Systems never charges the health center a commission per appointment.

Question 2

Do patients need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Booking works in any browser; patients manage visits, prescriptions and bills in the My Health Portal web app.

Question 3

Can patients reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Both work from the patient portal, without phone calls. The front desk sees the change instantly.

Question 4

How do walk-in patients fit in?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are registered at the desk in seconds and join the same token queue as online bookings, so the flow your staff know does not change.
